The Common Core Math data set is a collection of fine-grained learning outcomes that are derived from the Common Core Math standards. While they are alike to the original standards, they are much more fine-grained as we have broken up standards that are much too coarse. We call the resulting entities Micro-outcomes — these Micro-outcomes are mapped into a graph model with prerequisite relationships between Micro-outcomes.
To help you visualize the entire data set, we used Rhumbl, an external tool for network mapping to create a network visualization.

In this data set, we have four types of entities and two types of relationships:
Micro-outcomes are connected to each other via the presence of has-prerequisite-of relationships. Micro-outcomes are grouped under Modules via the presence of has-parent-of relationships. The curriculum model diagram looks like:
We started with the Common Core Standards and broke them down into finer-grained outcomes. A full methodology is upcoming in a paper, as well as testing and validation.
